Enrollment/Space reservation

• IT/B Expo 2010 vendor enrollment - now open
• Logo, website content, links to IT/B Expo 2010
• Corporate bio, key staff jpg images to IT/B Expo 2010
• Deposit due at signing unless other arrangements are made
• Remaining balance due no later than September 25, 2010
• Client database/contact list for inclusion in newsletter and mailings (optional, will not be distributed or used for any other purposes)

Conference Speaker/Presentation

• Application and presentation synopsis deadline - July 31, 2010
• Payment due with presentation submission
• Exhibitor Booth Staff Registration deadline (for preprinted badges) - October 22, 2010

Decorator Services (provided by Alaska Event Services - click here for online forms)
Deadline: October 15th, 2010
