Sponsors and exhibitors have priority to Main Floor theater presentations slots. Subject approval by conference committee is required. Main floor presentations are included in IT Expo Guide and other marketing materials. Submit requests including topic and outline by July 15, 2008.

Board room and Downstairs conference rooms are available to non-sponsors and exhibitors and do not require subject approval by IT Expo Conference committee
